A born and raised New Yorker, Sharon Feiereisen is a freelance writer based in New York City.

She has been published in Newsday, AM New York, Teen Vogue, WHERE New York, Our Town Downtown, The Knot, Dan's Papers, Hamptons Magazine, and BlackBook among many others and has covered S/S 2009 through S/S 2016 New York Fashion Week, S/S 2009 Paris Fashion Week, F/W 2013 Sydney Fashion Week, and Miami Fashion Week Swim 2010, 2012, and 2013 for The Fashion Spot. For F/W 2011, in addition to covering NYFW for The Fashion Spot, she was asked to be an accredited contributor to M.A.C Cosmetics and Milk Studios' MilkMade Live, sharing her personal view of the shows and parties throughout the week.

Aside from her role as the The Fashion Spot's Lifestyle Editor, Sharon Feiereisen is also a New York Editor for the Snob Network of blogs (Snob Essentials), ghostwrites Posh Mom, is Smarter.com's Beauty Expert for media opportunities, is a daily contributor to Cheat Sheet's wellness section and wrote all the editorial content for PureWow's 2014 and 2015 Hampton edition.

In her various roles she has interviewed countless fashion designers, beauty experts, lifestyle influencers, and has worked on projects for a number of brands including Brian Atwood, Pat Mcgrath, Patricia Field, Christopher Kane, Tracy Anderson, Joseph Altuzarra, Lori Goldstein, Macy's, Brahmin, Pantene, Makeup For Ever, Elizabeth Arden and Schick.

Sharon Feiereisen graduated from the Lycée Français de New York where she received her French Baccalaureate in Economics and Sociology, before continuing her studies at Cornell University, majoring in Textiles/Apparel and Management and graduating with a B.S.
